Services offered by The Number Witch are available only to adults aged 18 years or older. By booking, paying for, or receiving a consultation or report, you confirm that you are at least 18. Sessions will not be provided to minors, and any booking made by a minor will be cancelled and refunded.

Numerology readings and reports are provided for entertainment, reflection, and personal-insight purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional advice of any kind.

Nothing shared in a session or report constitutes medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, tax, investment, or business advice, and no diagnosis, treatment, prediction of outcomes, or guarantee of results is offered or implied. Please consult a licensed professional for those needs. You remain solely responsible for any decisions you make.

The Number Witch operates from California. Consistent with California and local ordinances applicable to psychic, astrological, numerological, and similar services, all readings are offered expressly for entertainment purposes, no supernatural or guaranteed result is claimed, and no representation is made that any outcome will occur.

Pricing is disclosed in full before payment, and no additional charges, follow-up fees, or add-on services will be requested during or after a reading.

Two services are offered: a live personal numerology consultation ($200 USD) and a personalized numerology report ($100 USD). Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and include no additional fees. Availability is deliberately limited — one live consultation and two written reports per week.

Live consultations take place Monday through Friday, 10:00 am to 4:00 pm Pacific time, by video call. The meeting link is sent by email before the session. Written reports are delivered by email, typically within three to seven business days of payment.

Consultations are scheduled a minimum of five days in advance. This preparation time is required: each reading is calculated by hand from your full name at birth and birth date before the session takes place. For this reason, dates within five days of your request are not offered.

Only one live consultation is accepted per calendar week (Monday through Sunday, Pacific time). Once a consultation is booked on any day of a given week, that entire week becomes unavailable and the next client selects a date in a later week.

You provide your information first, then choose from the available dates and times, and payment is completed immediately afterward.

Payment is completed immediately after you submit a booking or report request — a booking is only confirmed once payment is completed. If you leave without paying, the request is voided and the time opens back up for others to book. Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor; card details are never received or stored by The Number Witch.

If something comes up and you cannot make your consultation or report readout, please give at least 24 to 48 hours notice by emailing sarah@thenumberwitch.com. With that notice, your session will be rescheduled to another available time at no additional charge.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, and missed sessions, may not be eligible for rescheduling or a refund, because the preparation work has already been completed. Refund requests are otherwise reviewed individually.

If Sara(h) must cancel a session, you will be offered a new time or a full refund, at your choice. Refunds, when granted, are returned to the original payment method.

You agree that the information you provide (including your name, email, and birth date) is accurate and your own, or that you have permission to share it. Sessions are a respectful space; abusive or harassing behavior ends the session without refund.

Sessions and reports are for your personal use. Please do not record, reproduce, resell, or publicly distribute them without written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by California law, The Number Witch is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of these services. Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.
